As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, give yourself the gift of slowing down.

Over 8 weeks, this course offers a unique combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra – two deeply restorative practices that balance body and mind.

In the first part of class, we settle into gentle Yin Yoga postures, held for longer periods to soften muscles, release tension, and nourish the connective tissues. This meditative practice helps increase flexibility and create space in both body and mind.

The second part of class is dedicated to Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep – a guided deep relaxation that soothes the nervous system and invites a profound state of rest. Many experience better sleep, reduced stress, and an overall sense of calm after just a few sessions.

This course is open to all levels – no previous experience is needed. It’s especially supportive if you are looking to:
