Lindsay and Tine are the heart behind Yoga Hemsedal—two nature-loving yoga teachers living the Hemsedal lifestyle and bringing its wild, grounded, and joyful energy into everything they do.
With deep roots in movement, wellness, and mountain living, they combine years of experience in yoga, therapy, coaching, and teaching to offer classes that are both empowering and down-to-earth. Whether you’re joining them online or in a workshop, they’ll guide you with heart, humor, and a shared passion for helping people reconnect—with themselves, with nature, and with the rhythm of the seasons.

FounderTine is a Hemsedal local through and through—most at home gliding across fresh tracks on her cross-country skis or taking long, thoughtful walks with her dog in the mountains she knows by heart. Her calm presence and deep knowledge make her the grounding force in any space she enters.
A certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher, nutritional therapist, and health coach, Tine brings a holistic and heart-led approach to everything she offers. Her classes are inclusive, nurturing, and rooted in the belief that yoga should meet you exactly where you are. Whether it’s Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, or Restorative Yoga, her teachings always focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and being fully present in your body—with a dash of playfulness too.
Tine has a special passion for women’s health and stress management, and she’s deeply experienced in creating personalized programs for both individuals and groups, supporting physical and mental wellbeing along with sustainable lifestyle shifts. Her approach is gentle but powerful—inviting you to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention.
She teaches in both Norwegian and English, sharing her mountain-born wisdom in a way that’s accessible, kind, and quietly transformative.

FounderLindsay is a die-hard skier, mountain wanderer, and passionate yoga teacher who brings the wild energy of Hemsedal right into her classes. When she’s not carving turns in powder or powering up a hiking trail, you’ll find her (maybe reluctantly) convincing herself to enjoy the uphill grind of gravel biking—with a grin and a good playlist.
With over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt, Lindsay is more than an instructor—she’s a dedicated educator and mentor. She has a deep love for the elegance of movement and the strength found in stillness. Her classes are known for their strong, purposeful flows that blend functional alignment with creativity, always aiming to help you feel powerful, present, and at home in your body.
Lindsay believes strength—both physical and mental—is deeply healing. She's not here just to guide you through poses; she's here to teach. With clarity, curiosity, and a healthy dose of challenge, she shares the how and why behind breath, alignment, and technique. Her mission is to empower her students to explore, learn, and make choices that feel right for them in every practice.
Originally from Canada, Lindsay now calls Hemsedal home and teaches in English, Norwegian, and French—bringing a truly global and grounded approach to her mountain-inspired style.
