In this class you get a well-rounded introduction to everything yoga has to offer.
We begin by grounding in the body and breath, followed by classic Sun Salutations (or variations) to gently warm up. You’ll explore different poses one by one — focusing on strength, mobility and mindful stretching — with small pauses in between to feel, adjust and deepen your awareness.

Each session ends with a calming relaxation to help your body integrate the practice.

Recovery Yoga is a mobility-focused class designed to help your body move better, feel lighter, and recover from daily life, training, and outdoor activities.

Through controlled, functional movements, gentle strength, and mindful stretching, we work on increasing joint mobility and releasing tension in common problem areas such as shoulders, neck, back, hips, and legs. The pace is calm and steady, with plenty of options to adjust intensity and range of motion.

This is not a passive stretching class, but an active recovery practice that supports circulation, reduces stiffness, and helps your body reset. Each session finishes with a short relaxation to integrate the work and support recovery.

Suitable for all levels — especially beneficial if you feel stiff, sore, or want to move with more ease and resilience.

Yin Yoga with Lindsay

This is a classic Yin Yoga course designed to help you slow down, soften and create space in both body and mind.

We hold each pose for several minutes — up to 5 — to target the deeper layers of the body, including fascia, joints and connective tissues. With a strong focus on breath and stillness, you’ll gently unwind tension, improve flexibility and support a calmer nervous system.

A perfect mid-week pause for anyone wanting more openness, grounding and inner quiet.
