NOK 1,200.00

Unlock your potential — in sport, school, and everyday life.

This six-week course is designed for teenagers ages 14-19 who want to improve mobility, prevent injury, build balanced strength, and develop tools to stay calm and focused under pressure. Whether you’re an athlete, active in hobbies, or simply curious about yoga, this program supports both physical wellbeing and emotional resilience.

Through targeted stretching, functional strength work, and simple breathing techniques, you will learn how to:

  • Increase flexibility and healthy range of motion

  • Build strength that supports all activities, from sports to daily life

  • Reduce the risk of strain and overuse injuries

  • Steady nerves before competitions, exams, and high-pressure moments

  • Recover more efficiently between training sessions or busy days

  • Use breathing practices to stay grounded, focused, and confident

Each class is dynamic, supportive, and suitable for all teens — from skiers and football players to dancers, swimmers, and those new to movement. By the end of the course, you’ll have a solid foundation for using yoga as a consistent tool in your routine, supporting long-term performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

The course starts Wednesday 7th January 2025
Time: 19.00-20.00
Place: Moen Camping

A little about myself…

With years of experience on both sides of the athletic world, I bring a unique blend of high-level sports knowledge and mindful movement to this teen yoga program. I competed (as a teen) internationally in water polo and have coached young athletes in both water polo and skiing, giving me a deep understanding of the physical demands, mental pressure, and discipline required to perform at a high level.

As a dedicated yoga teacher, I’ve also seen how mobility, breathwork, and intentional recovery can elevate performance, prevent injury, and create longevity in any sport. I know firsthand what it feels like to balance ambition with well-being — and how powerful it is when teens learn to train both the body and the mind.

My goal is to give teens practical tools they can use throughout their journey, helping them move better, feel more grounded, and build habits that support sustainable success.
