About Us

Your yoga studio in Hemsedal.

Dedicated to providing quality classes in an inclusive environment.

Welcome!

Yoga Hemsedal is a place where you can feel safe to be yourself, come as you are, wherever you are in life. You can be stiff as a stick, bendy as a snake, or something in between.

You can wear your stilongs and ulltrøye, your old and comfy jogging pants, or your newly bought yoga pants. If you don’t have your own equipment, we do.

Yoga is about the union between body and mind, it’s not about how bendy you are, how you look, or where you’re at. Yoga can be for everybody and every body.

Come and become a little bit more flexible. Challenging yourself in a pose.

Enjoy the stretch. Practice being kind to yourself.
Learn how to breathe.

The only thing you need when you come to us at Yoga Hemsedal is to be open-minded and curious. Let’s not take things too seriously and have some fun 🤩

Lindsay Eisinger

Lindsay is a 1000 hour certified yoga instructor and teacher trainer. She has an obsession with elegance and finding strength in Asana which means her classes have a strong and purposeful flow. She believes that building strength has both mental and physical healing properties.

She is also a firm proponent of teaching, not just guiding classes. She likes to challenge her students while teaching them the how and why of alignment, breath, and technique. She wants to empower her students to make choices for themselves as they practice.

Originally from Canada, she teaches in English, Norwegian, and French.

“A place where all are welcome to just be, relax and feel inspired to practice.”
